Tetanus serum 50 ml

Composition:

Per ml: Horse Immunoglobulin concentrate: at least 1160 IU tetanus antitoxin

Indications:

Passive immunization of horses, cattle, sheep, pigs and dogs against tetanus. 
Treatment of tetanus in horses, cattle and dogs

Dosage and administration:

Prevention in healthy animals (not suffering from tetanus): Intramuscular or subcutaneous: Horse: 7.5 ml, Foal (up to 100 kg): 3.0 ml, Beef: 7.5 ml Calf (up to 100 kg): 3.0 ml, Pig: 1.5-3.0 ml, Sheep: 3.0 ml, Dog: 0.5-1.0 ml 

Prevention in injured animals (not suffering from tetanus): Intramuscularly or subcutaneously: Horse: 15 ml, Foal (up to 100 kg): 6.0 ml, Cattle: 15 ml, Calf (up to 100 kg): 6.0 ml, Pig: 3.0-6.0 ml, Sheep: 6.0 ml, Dog: 1.0-2.0 ml 

Therapeutically in sick animals (suffering from tetanus): Epidural, intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous: Horse: 30 ml epidural or i.v. + 15 ml i.m. or s.c. daily until recovery occurs; Cattle: 30 ml epidural or i.v. + 15 ml i.m. or s.c. daily until recovery occurs; Dog: 3.0-5.0 ml i.v. or i.m. daily until recovery occurs
