Aleon 10mg/ml Eye Drops 10ml (Atropine)
Treatment of ocular pain associated with anterior uveitis;
- Parasympatholytic agent that paralyzes the smooth muscles of the pupillary sphincter and ciliary body with action:
- Mydriatic (pupillary dilation) important in the prevention of posterior synechiae in case of anterior uveitis;
- Cycloplegic (paralysis of the ciliary muscle) important in relieving pain (due to spasm of the ciliary muscle) in case of anterior uveitis.
Instructions for use
The usual dose is: 1 drop in the eye(s), 2 to 3 times a day. The veterinary medicinal product should be
applied topically to the ocular mucosa.
