Due tot holiday season, we are closed on 25 - 26 December and January 1st. On 24 and 31 December our warehouse will be closed from 3:00 pm onwards. Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day, please allow for delays. Cool orders outside the Benelux and Germany will be shipped again from 6 January 2025.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Picking up your order at our warehouse in Utrecht is certainly possible. Please let us know in advance what time you would like to pick up your order.
