What is the procedure for damaged or incorrect orders?
Due tot holiday season, we are closed on 25 - 26 December and January 1st. On 24 and 31 December our warehouse will be closed from 3:00 pm onwards. Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day, please allow for delays. Cool orders outside the Benelux and Germany will be shipped again from 6 January 2025.
