Regenerative medicine and orthobiology is rapidly changing the way care is provided to athletes both human and equine. Equine physicians are often too busy to make sense of the current and sometimes conflicting research and clinical applications of these topics, let alone have discussions with colleagues and hear the perspectives of human physicians and researchers.
The Equine Regenerative Medicine and Orthobiologics Online Summit is designed to help participants make informed decisions based on the most current research and clinical experiences in these areas using a standardized review process. The wide range of topics offered was created by collaborating with international groups and associations that focus on these topics.
The summit is organized by The Equine High Performence Sports Group. A team of passionate equine enthusiasts, equine veterinarians and researchers with a common goal of facilitating and promoting the development of equine and human athlete-centered projects, as well as the next generation of best practice guidelines, supported by science, to positively impact the health, well-being and longevity of performance horses.
The Equine High Performence Sports Group collaborates with the Human Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation and the North American Veterinary Regenerative Medicine Association and other educational partners.
