Gastro-resistant granules containing omeprazole for horses with gastric ulcers.
Equizol are apple-flavoured granules that can be mixed with dry feed, making administration at home easy to do. Omeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor, which causes a reduction in the secretion of gastric acid. This makes it a valuable treatment option for horses with gastric ulcers.
Each 5g sachet contains sufficient omeprazole to treat 200 kg.

Indications d'utilisation
Treatment of gastric ulcers:
One administration of 2 mg omeprazole per kg bodyweight per day for 28 consecutive days.
Each sachets contains sufficient omeprazole to treat 200 kg bodyweight. Sachets should not be subdivided. Mix te appropriate number of whole sachets into a small amount of dry horse feed.
